Lead Unreal Engine Developer

The 101XP Company, an international publisher and video game developer, is looking for a Lead Unreal Engine Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mechanics and systems for an online game

  • Build a network architecture

  • Integration and configuration of third-party plugins

  • Build and manage a team of developers

  • Project technical quality control

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, C++, Blueprints, GAS, Design Patterns, SOLID

  • Experience developing multiplayer games

  • Experience managing a development team and estimating deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working on PC projects

  • Experience working on open world projects

Conditions:
