International publisher and video game developer is looking for a Regional Brand Manager (Poland) for a client-based sports project.


  • Development and implementation of communication strategy, cooperation with advertising companies in areas of creative conceptualization and development of ad campaigns, development of promotional strategy and solutions for projects and brands in Poland

  • Formulating Key Messages and communicating brand positioning via various communication channels

  • Media planning

  • Budgeting

  • Marketing cost control

  • Production control and placement of ads via online channels

  • Cost-effectiveness analysis of ongoing campaigns

  • Measurement of brand awareness, brand health analysis, monitoring key brand metrics in comparison with direct market competitors

  • Marketing research, consumer segmentation, target audience research and analysis in comparison with competitors


  • Experience in gaming companies and knowledge of the video game industry

  • 1 year of experience in gaming brand management and communication development

  • Experience in creative and strategic management of media agencies and advertising contractors (setting tasks, briefing, QA and task execution control)

  • Refined marketing, brand management, and user relations knowledge and skills

  • Advanced Polish proficiency

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Advanced Russian proficiency

  • Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and experience with analytical tools
